"Marilyn along with her husband and partner Mike took care of everything for us when we made the decision to finally list and sell our house. We had been in touch with them waiting for the market to get a bit better and they kept us well apprised of values and activity in our neighborhood. They were full of knowledge and trends. Once we listed the home they took care of getting the home ready for showing. Because we live in Massachusetts they took it upon themselves to contract on our behalf painters, handymen and house cleaners to fix up the house. They sought out reasonable costs and arranged for us to pay for all the repairs directly to the workers. They held a couple of open houses and kept us abreast of all showings and collected feedback which they shared. When an offer came through they advised us in great detail of the offer and negotiated on our behalf staying in touch with the buyer's agent until everyone agreed to the terms. Marilyn and Mike were always available at any time of day to answer our questions. They were up to date on all the codes and laws required in Arizona and specifically in Tucson. All the paperwork came to us in a timely fashion and conveniently through electronic signing. The closing took place the Monday after Thanksgiving as was promised but we were in the know the entire time thanks to Marilyn. The entire process once we listed the house was just a little over 3 months. I would not hesitate to contact Marilyn again to act as our realtor or our agent. It was a great experience."
